When placing an orders, should you should note that any potential errors in pricing that would be heavily beneficial to you and or detrimental to you and obviously incorrect due to computer loading errors or market fluctuations or any other reason beyond our control. Then your order will not be honored until corrections and validation is made. When at such time you will be advised of the reasons and offered alternative in correct values. You can at this time either cancel your order or proceed with the corrections being made.

Orders will only be dispatched until payment has been fully cleared.

You may, place orders by using the online process for ordering products via the website or by telephone.

When you place an order with us, we need to obtain various details from you so that we can process your order. All information must be complete and accurate. Once you have placed a purchase order we will confirm this via email on the address you have provided..

All purchase orders are subject to our acceptance, subject to the validating of the information you have provided and confirmation of price, market volatility and product availability. If the information is incorrect or inaccurate we reserve the right to reject your order.

Should the products be temporally unavailable you will be notified of the delay. At this time you will be given the opportunity to either cancel your order or await the product becoming available from stock.

We will NOT deliver to P.O box addresses, unless payment is made by cheque or bank wire. We will deliver to confirmed addresses specified at time of order. 

We will endeavor to dispatch orders within 3 working days of cleared funds/payment. However we are not responsible for holding stock for all available products. For example and not exclusive to excessive demand, manufacturing delays and/or any other circumstances beyond our control.
